Electrician

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Respond to resident or colleague/department calls and maintenance requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to resolve complaints/problems and perform electrical repairs.

•Perform routine preventive maintenance and test all electrical systems, subsystems and equipment to include disassembly, replacement, cleaning and repair.

•Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all electrical equipment in accordance with manufacturer's wiring diagrams, schematics, operation manuals and maintenance instructions.

•Monitor and maintain lighting fixtures to ensure functionality.

•Assemble and disassemble power and lighting equipment for exhibitions, meetings and events.

Qualifications Requirements:

•Working experience at least 1 year.

•Electrical license.

•Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

•High school diploma.

•Good communication skills.
