|---|---|---|
| Limassol | €1,000 – €1,100 | €1,400 – €1,500 |

Rent against pay
The average gross pay was €2,601 a month in early 2026, and a third of employees earned under €1,500. On a lower salary, sharing a flat or taking a job with housing makes a real difference. Prices rose 3.7% in the year to September 2026 (CYSTAT).
Housing with the job
Hotels and seasonal employers often provide accommodation. Ask whether anything is taken from your pay for it, and get it in writing.
